Arthur Villanueva is a Filipino boxer who remains undefeated after a total of 15 matches. Born on January 20, 1989 in Bago City, Negros Occidental, Villanueva is one of the top boxers in the province of Negros in the Philippines and is being groomed for upcoming international matches. A majority of his matches are confined to PAGCOR events. He made his debut at the PAGCOR Hotel and Casino, Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City, Negros Oriental against Alan Magno on November 29, 2008. A year later he faced off against PJ Parong and defeated the opponent with a fourth round knockout. His next opponent was Albert Villacampa who the Bago native defeated by a unanimous decision after six rounds. This was followed by his match with Edcel Tunacao who he sent packing with a technical knockout after two rounds.
He fought Brix Ray at the PAGCOR Hotel and Casino on August 1, 2010, defeating the opponent with a technical knockout. A few months later he was back in the ring to face off with Nikong Calamba. He won the match with another TKO. Villanueva fought Samuel Apuya at the PACGOR Amphitheater, in Bacolod City, in 2010, defeating Apuya with another TKO to bag the Philippine Games and Amusement Board (GAB) flyweight title. His most recent match was against Mark Anthony Geraldo on April 9, 2011. All in all, Villanueva has remained undefeated in all of his 15 matches.
