Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba are two villages in Eurobodalla Shire, New South Wales, Australia. At the 2006 census, Central Tilba had a population of 223 people, and Tilba Tilba had a population of 275 people.
The area was originally inhabited by the Yuin Aboriginal tribe. Tilba is said to mean wind in the Yuin language. Others have said the word is a Thawa Aboriginal term for 'many waters'. The town was settled during the Australian gold rushes of the nineteenth century.
Central Tilba is located around 10 kilometres south south west of Narooma. The entire village is classified by the National Trust as the Central Tilba Conservation Area.
