Cumberland Park is an inner southern suburb of Adelaide, South Australia in the City of Mitcham.

The suburb's borders are Cross Road, Goodwood Road, Edward Street and Winston Avenue.

It is diagonally opposite Colonel Light Gardens (to the south-east) and adjoins suburbs such as Westbourne Park, Clarence Gardens and Clarence Park.

Cumberland Park is mainly a leafy residential suburb, although some convenience centres, sidewalk shops and a Big W store with an adjoining Woolworths exist along Goodwood Road.

Cabra Dominican College, a private Catholic coeducational College (once administered by the Dominican Nuns) is located within the suburb.

Cumberland Park Post Office opened on 1 November 1993 replacing the Clarence Park office.
