Simon Wiesenthal always opposed describing the Holocaust as exclusively the planned murder of the Jews based on racial theory, and we agree with him. The way in which the Jews were central to the Holocaust -- besides being one of the groups targeted for TOTAL elimination, and being the largest category of victims -- is that antisemitism, the theory that 'The Jews' are evil conspirators who run or try to run the world to persecute Gentiles, was the motivating core of Nazi ideology, and played a key role in general in Nazi crimes. For example, Slavs were portrayed as dupes or tools of 'The Jews.' Hitler said the U.S. and Britain were tools of 'The Jews.' In the same way, today, Farrakhan says whites are tools of 'The Jews' and David Duke says blacks are tools of 'The Jews.'
