I'm just leaving the Inn today and had a wonderful experience a few days here. I flew down to see a space launch and stayed here. The inn is what I'd refer to as a boutique hotel. It's quaint and personable. The hotel is small, some areas could use updating like the rugs on the stairs and hallway BUT this is a hotel on the beach with saltwater exposure so this I don't mind, it was not dirty or musty or anything. Now the room I stayed in was immaculate and updated, this is what matters. There was a wall vase with a real rose in the beautiful bathroom, the sheets were crisp and clean, the bed comfortable and the ocean view was incredible from my balcony. The room has distressed antique look with nice decor. The hotel is adults only, so it's quiet and clean. The grounds are well kept and lovely, flowers, 2 resident hotel dogs, 2 parrots and some months butterfly garden enclosure I hear. The pool is clean and they play relaxing music outside feels like a spa. There are fountains all over and ypu hear the beautiful water everywhere as well as the ocean which is through some vegetation on a Boardwalk, 1 min walk, they lend you umbrellas and beach chairs to use free. There's a shuffleboard court and a putting green for fun. Ok so here's the only complaint but not really bc it didn't matter at all, the room has no personal fridge, coffee pot or microwave which I'm used to BUT the hotel does have a common area where at any hour you can get coffee or tea, it has a honor system bar and fridge with cold drinks that you take as needed and fill out a slip to be charged to your room. There is fresh cooked breakfast each morning, this morning I had the best muffin I've ever eaten, a small quiche with ham and cheese, fresh fruit bowl and the coffee was wonderful, and fresh squeezed oj. There was a boil your own egg bar and a yogurt bar as well. There is a rooftop deck where I watched the launch from. I believe they have a lounge with a pool table too. There are all these little nooks to hang out in, inside with AC, a breezeway, outside little corners, seems like there's nobody here but you sometimes. They have a cheese social hour each night. This was truly a lovely experience and I really recommend staying here if you're traveling without children. There is such a lovely personal touch here like you've been whisked away to paradise, a very different experience than a corporate, giant hotel which I'm used to.

Much needed peace and quiet My husband and I visited at the end of April and had a great time! We met so many nice couples that told us they have become regulars of the hotel over time and I believe we may also. We loved drinking coffee by the pool in the morning while listening to the soft jazz music being played. It was so peaceful! The honor bar was a new experience for us but it made us feel like we were staying at a bed and breakfast. The rooms didn’t have a mini fridge, but we brought a soft cooler with us and grabbed a bag of ice at the 7-11 across the street. No big deal at all. We also enjoyed the beach chairs provided to us so we could lounge out in the sand. We were also lucky enough to see two rocket launches from the rooftop, which felt like a little mini party with other guests enjoying themselves!Overall, we loved how peaceful and quiet our stay was. We will be coming back.

The Inn at Cocoa Beach—a lovely retreat! We stayed in a recently updated room. It was large and airy with lovely furnishings, and the bathroom was beautiful, but only a shower. They offer yummy sweet tea and fresh baked cookies all afternoon, a delicious fresh cooked continental breakfast as well as furnished Happy Hour every evening, it was truly “the quiet place” they advertised to be! A wonderful getaway. All the staff were very gracious and welcoming!!

The Inn at Cocoa Beach is home away from home for me and my husband! We would never consider staying anywhere else while in Cocoa Beach. The Inn is NOT your typical hotel. But if you like that, then the Hampton Inn, La Quinta, etc. are right down the road. At The Inn, there are no refrigerators or coffee makers in the room but they have the Honor Bar. And the breakfast is not steamed scrambled eggs out of a bag or heavily processed bacon/sausage. Instead, Kathy and staff are super sweet and provide a unique breakfast experience. Most days there are 2 options of mini quiche, always the Sunrise Muffins, fresh fruit, orange juice/coffee, breads of your choice, cereal/granola with milk and/or yogurt and the boiled egg station where the eggs have numbers written on them; you drop your egg in the hot water, remember your number and go back for your egg after it's reached the soft or hard-boiled stage. Of course children and pets are not welcome - it's not called "The Quiet Place" for no reason! And yes, while you cannot bring your pets, The Inn has Lucy and Lilly - 2 of the cutest dogs ever - and they lay around at the front desk most of the time and are ultra friendly. There are also 2 macaws who do not fly but rather stay perched in the breezeway most of the time and they say "hello" and "goodbye" - they are so cute! I can't imagine even attempting to find a different hotel for our Cocoa Beach get aways! This place would have to do a complete 180 for me to change my mind about it being the absolute best place to stay in Cocoa Beach!! We also bring plenty of ziploc bags to store food in because yes, sometimes there are those little white sugar ants and that cannot be avoided easily during certain times of year in Florida.

A true gem of a place in every way. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks exactly as pictured online- clean, quaint, and ideally located within walking distance to plenty of shops and dining. It's also only a 15 minute walk to the pier. The property and rooms were pristine, and it was super easy to access the beach- just steps away from the hotel! They offer beach chairs and umbrellas to use which is super convenient. Complimentary fresh breakfast is offered every morning, too. We can't wait to come back soon.
read moreread lessMy husband and I (late 20s from Miami) absolutely adored The Inn! It felt like taking a trip to grandma’s beach house, with all the comforts of home and all the luxuries of a beach resort (and it looks exactly like the photos). The pool deck is so relaxing and you can hear the sound of the waves crashing while you sit on your balcony! The breakfast is literally homemade and delicious! The Inn is a wonderful place and a true gem of Cocoa Beach.

Peacefull When I got there I could not figure out why everyone loved the place. Not fancy for sure but it has a wonderful comfortable vibe. Just peaceful. I looked at the other hotels near and on the beach and I will go back to this one. You can walk to anywhere and enjoy food and drink.

Recommend this inn Wife and I had a wonderful 2 night stay here before a cruise. Very quiet and relaxing experience. Comfortable bed and clean room. Location is very convenient to local restaurants, attractions, the beach, and Port Canaveral. The included breakfast was delicious. Three things of note1. Our luggage ( and clothing inside) weredamp from heavy rain before being loaded onto our flight. Staff offered to use their in-house dryer which saved us time and the expense of using a commercial laundry. This personal touch was very much appreciated and typical of the level of service we experienced at the inn2. Around 5am the strobe light on our room’s fire alarm began to flash. It lasted for about an hour or so and stopped just as randomly as it started. We called the front desk and were told it was probably the battery. While sympathetic, the front desk said no maintenance staff were available so we had to deal with random strobe lights flashing and were unable to go back to sleep. This was an anomaly and we dont base our entire trip on this one bad thing, but its worth noting. The inn management was very apologetic when we checked out. 3. The guests here tended to be older. We were definitely among the younger guests we saw and we’re in our 40’s. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it

Perfect Honeymoon Destination We spent the first part of our honeymoon here and had an incredible time! Our room was quiet and we loved the bed and breakfast feel, the beach chairs and quiet pool (and close proximity to the beach) made for us having plenty to do, and the wine and cheese social was a hit. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several bars, restaurants, and shops so it's easy for travelers without cars. Would stay here again for sure. Also, the staff was incredibly kind and made our honeymoon one we will never forget.

Anniversary Celebration In March my husband and I spent three days at The Inn to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary before going on a cruise. It was one of the most relaxing weekends I have ever experienced. Our room was beautiful and so clean. The staff was so friendly and we felt like we got to know them as our stay progressed. The Inn is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are pristine. There are so many quaint little places to sit and read a book while enjoying coffee or wine. The entire time we felt at home in a beautiful and unique resort by the sea. They have the most adorable dogs that you will usually find napping right on the front desk. We enjoyed the wine and cheese social daily where we met other guests and talked further with the amazing innkeepers. The breakfast was delightful and the staff was so attentive. We even met the owner and heard about her passion for Cocoa Beach and how she brought her dream to life by making The Inn into what it is today. If I could have my own place on the beach, it would be this place! I can not wait to go back. If you are looking to relax, stay at a beautiful resort and meet lovely people, The Inn at Cocoa Beach is the place to go.

Husband and Wife 20 year anniversary trip on our way to a cruise. Our room was very cozy with a nice view of the ocean and pool. We really enjoyed the friendly staff, adorable little dogs that greeted us in the office area and we really appreciated the convenience of the honors bar. It was nice to feel like they trusted us like we were valued guests.

We came back! We had stayed at The Inn At Cocoa Beach once before and my husband requested that we go back for his birthday. The rooms are very comfortable and there are so many quiet places to sit and enjoy the facility plus we had access to the beach right out the back (keyed) gate. The bed was great, the room was quiet, the balcony was inviting, the breakfast was wonderful and we loved the honor bar - which we enjoyed both nights. Scott mentioned that it was more like a B & B than a hotel. We'll be back!

Perfect....as always We first visited about 20 years ago. It is always perfect. Friendly, helpful staff will go out of their way to make your visit great. Spectacular place to stay The moment we walked in to see if we could get an early check in, the hospitality was spectacular! Very accommodating and friendly. Received restaurant recommendations from an employee there that was super friendly and was everywhere whenever we needed help such as getting us beach chairs, opening the gate to the beach, taking the chairs from us when we returned. Spectacular service. Our room was great, the hotel itself, the pool and access to the beach was great. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was personal, homemade food and the staff were always friendly. It is not continental so don’t plan on filling up for the day, it’s a light breakfast but was very good. Coffee and tea was always available and they had variety of teas from Harney & Sons which may now be our favorite tea to drink. Social hour between 5:00 & 6:00 pm with wine & cheese in the lobby which was comfortable. We needed to extend our stay by one day and the gentleman working there was so very accommodating for us that he was able to shuffle reservations around so we didn’t have to move rooms. Top notch service! Would definitely stay here again if visiting Cocoa Beach.

Perfect place for a short getaway (for us anyway). Staff was very friendly and the whole vibe of the place makes you feel like you've been invited into someone's home. The friendly dogs at the front desk were a unique touch :)The location is great with easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shopping. The pool (unheated) is very nice with shuffleboard and many areas to laze about through the day.The honor bar and lounge areas are a nice touch and contribute to the overall feel of a b&b.Our room was clean and well appointed with a king bed, tv and nice rain shower. We were on the second floor from which you can see some of the ocean through the dunes and palms from the balcony. For a full ocean view you'd want to ask for a higher floor. We really appreciated the complementary towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Much better than renting and they were really good quality. We would definitely go back.

The best little secret in Florida We happend by chance to find this wonderful little gem in 1991. When we drove up, it felt right at home. Now 33 years later, it’s like going back in time. The same wonderful homey feeling, happy hour at 5 in the reception, a wonderful open bar with a seating area, 2 little dogs in the reception. It feels like walking into someone’s cozy home. The breakfast is in a wonderful tiled floor room with yummy quiche and home made muffins and a darling kitchen personnel that greet you with smiles and amazing service. This is our sixth time here and we will always come back. The area is wonderful, a walk on the beach gets you to the pier for lunch, neat restaurants and then you have old town. Don’t forget to have lunch at the Moon Hut where the astronauts used to have lunch back in the day. We love this place!

It's hard to pry a five star review out of these hands. Honesty prevails. I really like this inn, a cross between Mom and pop hotel and a BandB. The ladies that run the breakfast are so sweet, and breakfast has plenty of non chain touches. The rooms are nice, a bit older but well taken care of and clean. There is a dune between the hotel and beach so views aren't a clear shot but I can still see the waves breaking. I like the natural view and the pool courtyard is also well cared for and beautiful. I'd say give it a try! Can also walk to several restaurants and bars in just a few minutes.

The Inn at Cocoa Beach is a special place: comfortable, well furnished rooms; manicured lawns alongside the Atlantic; a property with an old Florida look but new Florida polish; and staff that goes out of its way to be friendly and accommodating. My husband and I found all of this and more during our three days at the Inn. Topping the list of friendly, engaging staff are Lolli and Denise who prepare the Inn’s outstanding breakfasts- we enjoyed quiche, muffins, and fresh eggs we could soft boil. Nice light breakfast on site in a comfortable dining room. Wine and cheese at five. The room was clean and comfortable. Grounds were well maintained. Pool was very nice. Very short walk to the ocean. We even saw a rocket take off from the space complex. The inn was very quiet. The staff was kind and made an effort to make our stay memorable. They offer a homemade breakfast in their dining room. Excellent!! This was the perfect place to stay a few nights before our cruise. Great beach access and private pool.
