"You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you'. And you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria to the end of the end of the
earth. [Acts 1: 8].From the age of the Apostles to our own day,
The Shrine Rector
Quintus Septimius Florens Tertullianus, an ecclesiastical writer of the second century and Church Father once wrote that "the blood of Martyrs is the seed of the Church", implying that the martyrs' willingness to sacrifice their lives leads to the conversion of others.
Filled with the Holy Spirit, the twenty two Uganda Martyrs and now Saints sacrificed their lives for the love of Christ and the Church.
