Latest in 'Die Hard' series adds two (original) (raw)

“Prison Break” star Amaury Nolasco and “House of Lies” thesp Megalyn Echikunwoke have joined the supporting cast of the latest pic in 20th Century Fox’s action frachise, “A Good Day to Die Hard.”

Pic, which John Moore is directing from a script by Skip Woods, stars Bruce Willis and Jai Courtney as John and Jack McClane, who take on Russian villains this time around. Cole Hauser, Sebastian Koch and Yulia Snigir co-star.

Nolasco will play Willis’ friend early in the film, while Echikunwoke’s role remains under wraps.

Alex Young is producing the pic, which is currently lensing in Europe ahead of its February 14, 2013 release.

Nolasco, who just finished shooting Joel Surnow’s indie pic “Small Time,” appeared alongside Johnny Depp in “The Rum Diary” and starred on the short-lived ABC series “Work It.” He’s repped by WME and Mosaic.

Echikunwoke recently co-starred in Whit Stillman’s “Damsels in Distress” and can be seen on Showtime’s “House of Lies.” She’s repped by UTA, A Management Company and attorney Neil Meyer.
