Wicklow News
A simple idea that turned into an adventure exploring Wicklow. @aismckenna began her Wicklow Passport journey as a way to create a timeless keepsake for her baby Stevie, and bond with her through maternity leave. Through this, they`ve found plenty of favourite lunch spots, playground loops, and a scenic ice cream spot!
As she puts it, "I’ve so many precious memories and a gorgeous keepsake to show her and tell her stories from. My advice to anyone who plans to do this project with their baby is to get the bigger passport book and fill the extra pages with polaroid’s. Your child(ren) will love to see their early achievements and you’ll love looking back and seeing them grow in front of your eyes."

“I came across the Wicklow Passport online while researching things to do with my 11-year-old daughter, Holly, in Wicklow. She loved the idea of visiting lots of different and interesting places. We also loved the stunning waterfall at Powerscourt, and the Hollywood sign was cool too.”
For Holly, Niall & Sarah, the Wicklow Passport became an easy way to explore, collect stamps, meet friendly faces along the way and turn ordinary days out into shared memories.
Pick up your Wicklow Passport in your local library or order online, and start your own stamp-worthy journey through Wicklow’s mountains, villages, and hidden gems. Collect just 15 stamps and receive your Wicklow ambassadors certificate! #VisitWicklow #WicklowPassport #WicklowAmbassador
