The UK GPG is the difference in average earnings between men and women across an organization, irrespective of the job they do, level, or seniority. While the gender pay gap is an important metric and a contributing factor to our global DEI initiatives and actions, we want to emphasize that the gender pay gap is not the same as gender pay equity.
