Summary:Correspondence, advertisements, articles, clippings, and promotional and supplementary materials on libel suits against the AMA by various individuals, 1928-1956; LIBERTY MAGAZINE, a popular magazine published by Bernarr Macfadden, which reflected his unorthodox views on health and medicine, 1928-1949; licensure requirements for physicians, 1968-1982; and lie detection, 1953.
