Summary:Consists chiefly of an NBC broadcast, a memorandum, statutes and charters relating to United States European relations, namely Austria, Germany, and Italy in the years following World War II, when Samuel Reber was Acting Deputy Director for the Office of European Affairs with the U.S. Department of State. The NBC broadcast was part of series titled OUR FORIEGN POLICY and the subject of this broadcast was "Where is Italy Heading?" Participants in the broadcast were Reber, Harold Van Buren Cleveland, and Sterling Fisher. There is a printed memorandum which includes autograph signatures of delegates of the city of Radkersburg in Austria, and a typed English translation. It was presented to Reber and other European Allies to help the people of Radkersburg in their fight against being annexed by Yugoslavia, and is dated April 18, 1949. Included are two copies of a memorandum from the Office if the U.S. High Commission for Germany dated March 8, 1951, regarding the occupation of Germany by the European Allied forces. There is another memorandum of the Allied High Commission for Germany revised version of the Occupation Statute dated March 13, 1951, which bear a red "Restricted" rubber stamp
