Summary:First Dean of the Pennsylvania State University College of Business Administration (1953-1973). Initiated the Executive Management Program at Penn State (1956) and the Business Executive in Residence Program (1966). Also served as Assistant to the President (1956-1957), and oversaw university operations of housing, food service, purchasing, physical plant and personnel services.
