Bayard Taylor writes to his cousin about invitations to a forthcoming gathering. -- Letter, 1875 Jun. 9, 31 West 61st St., New York [to] Osgood. Taylor informs Osgood of his going to Boston. He encloses an endorsed check that Osgood is to give to Bugbee (the check is still with the letter) and requests that Osgood make reservations for him at the Parker House. -- Letter, 1876 Dec. 15, Friday, 142 East 18th St. [to] Mr. Elderkin. Taylor accepts an invitation of Elderkin's. -- Letter, with envelope, 1878 Mar. 2, 142 East 18th St., New York [to] Emma Worrell. Taylor notes that he will be going to Washington to assist Jenkins at the State Department. He notes a reception at Kennett and that he has spent a restful day at Cedarcroft
