Summary:40 episodes of the television program "The Mike Wallace Interview" from 1957-1958. This nationally televised prime time program featured a variety of guests. The majority of these films are kinescopes also held by the UT Austin's Harry Ransom Center: https://www.hrc.utexas.edu/collections/film/holdings/wallace. The Ransom Center has digitized their holdings and made them available for streaming along with transcripts. It would appear that Stanford holds at least one program unavailable there: an interview with Emile Zola Berman dated February 6th, 1957. There is also a program with Ben Hecht from February 15, 1958 for which the Ransom has only the audio recording. In addition, this collection contains an undated episode of the Johnny Carson Show
