Summary:Collection consists of 4 pamphlets published in 1927 by defense committees organized on behalf of Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti, Italian anarchists, who were tried and convicted of murder and robbery in Dedham, Massachusetts. The pamphlets were written in the months immediately preceding the August execution of the two men. The pamphlets contain summaries of testimony, copies of affidavists, extracts of arguments to the court, and a copy of Vanzetti's petition to the governor.
