Summary:The collection consists of a volume entitled "Journals of the Commissioners of the State of Georgia Appointed to Attend on its behalf a Treaty to be held under the Authority of the United States, for the purpose of obtaining a relinquishment of the claims of the Creek Indians to certain lands, contemplated in an Act of the State passed on the 28th day of December 1794." The last part of the volume contains the accounts of the Commissioners with the State of Georgia.
