Not thatI could see, I think the lot was employees and tenants only, but you can always park at International Market Place and get a cheap box of candy at Sugarfina to get that sweet sweet parking validation and then be a pedestrian for the day.

Gorilla in the cafe is located off of kalakaua at the base of the Bank of Hawaii building.
This is an excellent spot for a cup of coffee, a snack, or something to eat to get you going in the morning. They have a wide variety of rolls and muffins, par for the course, but the real gem here is their acai bowl. I've had many acai bowls from different spots in Waikiki, Honolulu, and around the island. I think that this is the best that I've had.
The coffee selections are excellent. They bring in different coffees from around the world so there's different beans to try. Today I had the Brazilian coffee which was surprisingly smooth and robust with flavor.
Sometimes we get in the habit of just going to Starbucks because it's the easiest thing and we have the app, but do yourself a favor and step out of your ordinary routine, try something that might become your new favorite spot.
Also, keep a lookout from Micah, he's the manager of this coffee shop, and he has tremendous attention to detail, and knowledge of coffee. He also provides excellent customer service!
GREEEEEN GORILLA!! Must Try! The only Gorilla cafe on the island.
Gorilla cafe located in the Bank Of Hawaii Building right next to longs. Small little cafe with dining seats outside. Parking is underground & you can enter either in the front or along the side across hardrock cafe.
They have a variety of coffee's, fruit smoothies & Tea/Non-Coffee Beverages.
If you would like something small to eat they also have Toast, croissant & more!
Definitely recommend drinking the green groilla. Light, healthy & refreshing! Great drink to start the day.
Gorilla In The Cafe is located at the Bank Of Hawaii building on Kalakaua, just across from Longs. They serve various treats, sandwiches, coffees and smoothies. I've only ordered the green smoothie but everything here looks good. If you work in Waikiki they give you a discount (although small, us local residents appreciate the love! Every little bit helps) so I make sure to tip the staff with the savings. If you're looking for something refreshing or you need that morning espresso, be sure to try Gorilla In The Cafe.
I have been trying another spot for açaí bowls every day and I have not been disappointed once. Gorilla in the cafe açaí bowl has lots of granola and honey. Really delicious! The breakfast croissant was good too but a real hit was the side salad. The honey mustard dressing that came with was out of this world! I highly recommend to order the !! $1 !! side of spinach with this dressing!!! Healthy and amazing!
We also ordered caramel lattes and those were really good too.
Service was fast and friendly. Not one bad thing I can think of, this spot is amazing and you should try it out for breakfast!!
I see all these great reviews about this place, but..... are they seeing something I'm not? It's a nice enough cafe, but I stopped for a cup of coffee, and for 3.07. I received a tiny cup of black coffee that wasn't very good, and not very hot, either. How can hot coffee not be hot? It's something that makes me go hmmmmm.
........ The staff here is friendly and I know they don't control the price point, but 3.07 for a mediocre, lukewarm cup of coffee is not my cup of tea.
We found this place on our early morning walk and tried their coffee. We ordered a small Thai latte and the small kinako latte, both were soooo good. We saw someone walk by with an açaí bowl and it looked so good, we turned around and ordered 5 for our group to enjoy as breakfast. If you have a chance to go by this cute little shop, it's worth the stop.
Waikiki, for the most part, is easily walkable from one end of Kalakaua to the other. Gorilla in The Cafe is not in my usual stomping grounds, but it's very close. It's very accessible from RHC if you get my drift.
I was last minute indecisive between the Iced Kinako Honey Latte and the Caramel Frappe. I also wanted to try the Gorilla Frappe but wasn't feeling banana/mocha-ish. Well, I went back again a week later and here's my take:
Iced Kinako Honey Latte - For the uninitiated, kinako is ground up roasted soybeans. I had to try this drink for its unique twist. If you love kinako mochi, you get the exact same flavor in a creamy, drink form. It was two notches too sweet for me & if you water this drink down, the kinako flavor loses its nutty taste & leaves a weird aftertaste. So enjoy this sweet drink for what it is. The kinako does not dissolve and layers of it will sink to the bottom. Swirl and sip.
Caramel Frappe - This frozen drink is smooth yet strong. Very good coffee. Frappes are always good for hot, muggy days.
Nibbles and noshes available if you want a snack or meal to go with.
Atmosphere - Alfresco tables & chairs. Slight breeze on a trade wind day.
Location-Bank of Hawaii Building, next door to Longs.
Omiyage/Gifts-Bagged coffee, mugs, tumblers, tote bags & t-shirts. Their little tote bags have zippers on them which is a good selling point. I caved and bought one. It'll set you back two Alexander Hamiltons.
Good coffee alternative if you want something besides the mega behemoth coffee chain.
I stopped by here with a few Yelp friends after having lunch. It's a tiny coffee shop next to Long's Drugs on Kalakaua. It was opened by Korean celebrity Bae Yong Joon. They offer specialty drinks that are not offered anywhere else.
I didn't get anything from here, but my friend got the Kinako Honey Latte. She let me try it and it wasn't bad. It had a strong soybean powder scent to it. It was also a little gritty. I could taste it in my mouth and as I was swallowing. They sell pastries and sandwiches, as with most coffee places.
Great place to pick up something quick for the day in Waikiki.
It's a great cafe to refuel on coffee or other drinks. Seating is provided outside where you can snap some pics of the animals hanging around the store.
Don't get the Pitaya bowl, or Acai bowl here, because they don't serve you in a bowl as they advertised. They serve you in a cup: a small cup, and charge you over $10 dollars for it.
When I ask them why they are serving it in a small cup, and not in a large bowl as advertised, the poor cashier kept saying "sorry" "sorry" "the manager said to do it like this."
The cashier asked me to call the manager. No, I don't want to waste my time to deal with a dishonest manager, I want my money back.
