Capcom's evolution sports a familiar face, and we've got the wallpaper to prove it.
Capcom has officially revealed that the main character in its upcoming Resident Evil 5 game is indeed an older, buffer Chris Redfield. While this information might not be new to those who read the scoop in the Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu last week, we've actually got the official nod from Capcom to show Chris' mug off in this very cool new wallpaper. More details on how Chris' role in the game came to be will emerge soon enough. Until then, expect to see the recent full E3 trailer hit the Xbox Live Marketplace some time tomorrow, when Capcom might release new assets across the web as well.
Until then, here's the wallpaper for you good folks to enjoy. It is just us or does Chris look a little bit like a cross between Colin Farrell and Hugh Jackman? Either way, we're stoked for a new entry into the Resident Evil franchise. Stay tuned for more soon.
