During both players were developing their each camp , SATOMI exchanged the Bishops with 7.Bx2b+ . This Bishop , so called "MAEDA ryu" , lost 2 moves , but enabled SATOMI to exchange 5th file Pawns .

Until 3...R-5b , KONDOU selected Gokigen Nakabisha as his usual . OIKAWA allowed KONDOU to make Gosuji Kuraidori Nakabisha formation and advanced his right Silver with 7.S-3g to aim at both of the 5e-Pawn and the 3c-Bishop head .

KONDOU exchanged the 5th file Pawns and made Kata mino gakoi . OIKAWA advanced his Kakoi higher and made Gyokutou Kuraidori form .

OIKAWA exchanged the 4th file Pawns , moved up the Bishop with 24.B-9g and jumped the right Knight with 26.N-3g to prepare an attack .

Before OIKAWA started attacking , KONDOU sacrificed the 6th file to prevent OIKAWA's Bishop sacrifice with ;Bx5c+ and pushed the 9th file Pawn to attack the 9g-Bishop .

UEDA selected Gokigen Nakabisha as the opening of this game . YAUCHI selected 4.G-7h line as the counter-plan against UEDA's opening .

After completed Kata mino gakoi , UEDA moved up her Bishop with 8...B-3c and YAUCHI immediately exchanged the Bishops to disturb natural development of UEDA's attacking formation . After sacrificing a Pawn with 10.P-2d , YAUCHI dropped a Bishop and made it promoted .

After some moves , UEDA dropped a Bishop with 17...B*1b and succeeded to remove YAUCHI's promoted Bishop from the board .

KITAJIMA pushed the 5th file Pawn , and he seemed to select Gokigen Nakabisha . But replying HABU's 3.K-6h , KITAJIMA simply exchanged the Bishops with 3...Bx8h+ and made his form Mukai Bisha .

HABU dropped a Bishop with 5.B*7g aimin at the 2b-Rook . KITAJIMA also dropped a Bishop with 5...B*3c to protect his Rook . HABU was making his Kakoi with 6.K-7h without exchanging the Bishops again .

After moving up the left Silver , KITAJIMA also started making his Kakoi . HABU pushed the 3rd file Pawn with 9.P-3f and advanced his right Silver with 12.S-4f threatening the 3c-Bishop's head . KITAJIMA exchanged his threatened Bishop with HABU's 7g-Bishop .

KITAJIMA made Kata mino gakoi and developed it to Kata Ginkanmuri . HABU also developed his Funa gakoi to Gin tachi Yagura for Gyokutou Kurai dori strategy .

After backed the Rook with 20...R-2a , KITAJIMA jumped his left Knight with 22...N-2e capturing the 2e-Pawn .

Without capturing the 2e-Knight , HABU advanced his right Silver 23.S-6e , aiming at the 5d-Silver . KITAJIMA didn't protect the 5d-Pawn but protected the 2e-Knight with 23...P-2d .

HABU captured the 5d-Pawn by his Silver , and KITAJIMA turned his Rook with 24...R-5a threatening the Silver . HABU dropped a Bishop with 25.B*7f protecting the 5d-Silver and threatening the 4c-Pawn in the same time . KITAJIMA turned his Rook again with 25...R-4a to protect the 4c-Pawn .

HABU dropped a Pawn with 26.P*2f killing the 2e-Knight . After forcing HABU to back his 5d-Silver and 7f-Bishop , KITAJIMA attacked the 1st file . After some moves , KITAJIMA broke the 1st file and made a promoted Bishop , and HABU broke the 2nd file and made a promoted Rook attacking the 4b-Gold .

KITAJIMA backed his left Silver with 36...S-3c protecting the 4b-Gold and attacking the 2b-promoted Rook in the same time . While HABU was attacking KITAJIMA's 3c-Silver and 4b-Gold , KITAJIMA also attacked HABU's camp exchanging KITAJIMA's promoted Bishop and HABU's Gold & Silver .

HABU still attacked KITAJIMA's Rook , but without protecting the Rook , KITAJIMA started attacking HABU's Kakoi directly with 44...P-8e . The difference of both player's Kakoi gave KITAJIMA a slight advantage .
