- The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction – edited with John Clute, Peter Nicholls (editor emeritus) and Graham Sleight. Published online by Gollancz, 2011-2021; by SFE Ltd and Ansible Editions, October 2021-current. Besides ongoing editorial work across the board, my personal contribution as of February 2022 comprises 720 entries written solo and 1362 in collaboration, with a total word count (collaboration counts are shared between the authors) of 709,000.
