How to get the blue key in MINOS.WAD:

The blue key is located on a low, square platform in the middle of a large, squarish pool of green slime. You can Run to the this platform from another platform to the north of the blue key. In PC Final Doom, Run is typically enabled by holding down the Shift key. Start in the middle of the north platform, and face south towards the blue key. Put your back against the wall behind you, then Run towards the blue key. With a little luck, you will jump the gap and land on the blue-key platform. If you miss, run back around to the north platform. Stairs extend up from the slime to the top of the north platform.
