Henry Gough-Cooper
Henry Gough-Cooper had a classical education and then studied music, graduating from Dartington College of Arts in 1969. After studying at the Architectural Association with Keith Critchlow, he was a livestock farmer in South-West Scotland for over forty years. He is a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland and has published on archaeology, hagiology and the Welsh Latin chronicles. He established and helps to maintain the website of the Scottish Place-Name Society.
