Crameri graduated to the seniors via the Thirds from <1954>, and finally earned a promotion to the senior side after booting eight goals in the 1956 Seconds Grand Final.
His stint in the seniors was brief, and in <1957> he finished runner up in the Seconds Best and Fairest and equal second in the Gardiner Medal, despite only playing nine seconds games for the year.
In total he only played three goalless senior matches before joining club Moorabbin in <1959>. He played there until <1963> before becoming captain/coach of Northcote in <1964>. He led the Brickfielders to third place finishes in <1956> and <1966> before leaving at the end of <1967>.
