The son of Denis Clark finished in the top three of the Eastern Ranges during both his TAC Cup seasons, before joining his father's old club. Clark started his career at Melbourne in the VFL, and after missing much of <2000> with injury he returned to play in Sandringham's premiership.
Clark made his first appearance for the Demons in an exhibition match at the end of that year. In <2001> he played in the pre-season cup, and was named an emergency several times early in the season but didn't feature in the seniors.
In <2002> Clark broke both his wrists, but eventually debuted in Round 22, 2002. He had been selected as an emergency but was called up to the senior side after two injuries. He kicked a goal in his only game but was delisted at the end of the year. Picked up again through the rookie draft he failed to add to his one senior game. His <2003> season was ended by a ruptured spleen in a VFL match during June.
Clark joined East Perth in <2004> and played there until <2007> but missed <2006>. He joined South Bunbury in <2008>
