Forward who signed during <1944> but wasn't cleared to the club until the following season. Several other clubs had sought his services but Wilson chose the Demons. He made his debut early in the year and played seven games as a half-forward flank, then returned for three as full forward in <1946>. He'd given notice of his talent as a spearhead when he kicked 15 goals in an exhibition game at Warracknabeal.
Cleared to side Brighton in April <1948>, but was back at Cheltenham in <1949>.
His brother trialled with the side in the <1946> pre-season but was not selected.
