Is there a description somewhere of how these maps are determined?
Mappings need to
- Match MEM_TO_SHADOW and SHADOW_TO_ORIGIN definitions below. See CheckMemoryLayoutSanity.
- Cover all possible executable and library locations.
AArch64 mappings have an extra constraint: when trimmed to 39 or 42 bits VMA (by throwing out everything above that) they still need to make sense.
