Hi,
I'm looking to bring on a few great people with LLVM experience, either as staff, as a postdoc, or as an open source contributor, who are excited about developing compilers and/or doing compiler research for a RISC-V based fully open source general-purpose GPU called BaseJump Manycore. This is a great opportunity for those who want to have an impact on the emerging open-source hardware world or for those who are looking for some-post PhD involvement in the academic world. You would be working along side the architecture researchers that are designing the hardware, and also taping out 14nm silicon.
The architecture is rapidly evolving / improving but you can watch this video to hear about an early prototype: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSC2vENc258
Feel free to reach out to me:
