I could not improve matters much. There was very small differences between setting the limit at 110, 130 (BKM), 150 or 200:
real 3m6,322s user 19m3,000s sys 1m41,252s hotspot new pch BKM (on and above 130)
real 3m6,309s user 19m2,764s sys 1m41,488s hotspot new pch on and above 110
real 3m7,515s user 19m6,470s sys 1m42,345s hotspot new pch on and above 150
real 3m8,497s user 19m15,851s sys 1m42,494s hotspot new pch on and above 200
