Fix looks good, but maybe we should have a regression test of GetJREPath()?

However GetJREPath method in src/java.base/macosx/native/libjli/javamdmacosx.m still assumes that libjli.dylib should be on lib/jli/libjli.dylib path. So corrected the same.
