I'm successive with Cygwin to run awk scripts on Windows, but there is no library for ksh (Kern Shell) :-( There is pdksh, fwiw: http://cygwin.com/packages/pdksh/pdksh-5.2.14-3 but it may or may not work. It may be worth a try, of course.
