Hi all,
I have a patch that's been sitting in the bug databases for a while:

It allows HotSpot to be built interpreter-only, which is required for the Zero assembler port. It touches both the hotspot and the jdk forests, so it may need approval from someone in both teams. Christian Thalinger (twisti) said that someone (Kelly?) told him verbally it was fine to commit a while back, but it was a month or so ago and can't remember exactly what was said. I have push access (I think -- I've not tried it out yet!) but I don't want to commit it while it's ambiguous like this.
