Right - I originally did it on purpose because the doc was looking weird without it. But now I regenerated the doc and I don't think it looks better with it - so I will remove the stray
. I'll just refresh webrev.04 after that (I assume there's no need for a webrev.05 - but I'd like to keep a public copy of the 'final' patch).-- daniel
