In this case the interface is virbr0 so I assume this is a virtual environment. I think this may need going through the libvirt configuration as I assume the issue is that IPv4 multicast packets aren't being forwarded. -Alan.

WHOOSH ... something flew over my head, probably packets I don't understand... ;^)

Let me know if I need to file a bug, or need to look closer at the system I was using, and what to look at.
