Because the script won't work out-of-the-box, I suggest an alternative order.

First open-source it, then get someone who understands Martin-perl to do the inevitable fixups required for the script to understand javadoc 8 output (I am unusually qualified), and then fix the missing @since in a single Shazam! change. Don't fix the ones identified by Paul right away - leave those as a test case for the script.
