What do people think about following spec? Maybe we can remove the "Since..." for the mix API usage so we don't "set expectation" by calling it out. Or do you think we should actually remove most of the text base on the "readLine" implementation? I think it should be removed. Also it appears to conflict with the later wording that the position is not guaranteed after the terminal operation.
