Perhaps later, I might then consider rechecking all of java.time for non-normative stuff to go in a separate commit. I'd like to us make use of the the new tags in other areas, especially paragraphs and statements where it might not be initially clear where they are normative or non-normative.
In any case, the patch looks okay to me and I think Roger has said he would sponsor it.
