I hereby nominate Bhanu Prakash Gopularam (bgopularam) to JDK Project Committer.

Bhanu has been working in the Update Release SQE team for last 3.5 years. In Jan 2018 he received his Ph.D degree from University of Mysore for research work on Data Security using Identity and Attribute based Cryptographic schemes. He has contributed a range of fixes to the JDK Project [0]. Votes are due by 10:00 GMT on May 16th 2018 Only current JDK Project Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this nomination.
