I don't think that the wiki has documentation yet on the tested backends.
I would assume that initially it'd be focused on building/testing on one or more of the platforms that we currently publish OpenJDK JDK 10 early access binaries for, i.e. 64-bit x86 Linux, etc.

It doesn't replace a sensible multi-platform development process, but it would help at least flag basic omissions.
