Dashboards seem to hide that sort of detail.
You can see the underlying JIRA query if you click on the total bug count at the bottom of each table in the dashboard. Kind of hidden but not completely.

More intuitive would be to click on jdk-csr-issues-under-review to see just that one filter ...
