[7u40] Request for phase 2 approval for CR 8014821 - Regression: Focus issues with Oracle WebCenter Capture applet

Approved for 7u40. Please push your fix to the jdk7u40-dev forest. The 7u40 forests should become available later today after b30 is promoted. Communication will be sent on that.
