OSX 10.8.1 java version "1.7.006" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.006-b24) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.2-b09, mixed mode) The closest thread I found seems to be this one: http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/bsd-port-dev/2008-December/000229.html No issues when using JAVA 6 JDK's. These warnings appear constantly when working with ActiveMQ 5.4.0, 5.6.0. Forgive for me if this post seems irrelevant to this list :) Earle
