Java 7 Bug - Windows Aero Snap

Hi Alex,

Run into repaint() issue when using Aero Snap to stretch the height of the window (not maximise).

Looks like someone else filed a bug report some time ago: http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/viewbug.do?bugid=7029238 They have even made a YouTube video about this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nZEh6Oo7Q8 Looks like it has been ignored and marked as "Not Reproducible" though. I have tried it on many Windows 7 desktops here and have been able to reproduce this issue with all the Java programs I have tried. I reproduced the bug and reopened it.
