Initial Comment: ./configure --with-suffix=.exe make

generates a warning for every file: cc: unrecognized option `-Kpthread'

and then terminates with an error: cc -Kpthread -flat_namespace -u __dummy -u _PyMac_Error -framework System -framework Carbon -framework Foundation -o python.exe
