Go for it! I'm sure there are plenty of folks here who would do their best to pick holes in and suggest improvements in any scheme you come up with. And the importance of having something concrete cannot possibly be overstated - I'm sure each one of us has enough handwavy ideas on this sort of topic for us all. I know I do.
