That's what Einstein believed (i.e., that it isn't truly random). Unfortunately, according to another recent thread, Einstein was afraid to use equations because he didn't want to cut Stephen Hawking's editor's penis in half -- or something like that. Whichever, consensus still holds that Einstein lost this one.
