For the remaining 0.3: I could arrange to update bsddb.dsp, however I'm not sure it would do much good, since you still have to obtain a Sleepycat installation.

Barry and I will straighten this out ... sometime. In the meantime, everyone should expect all the dbmish tests to fail on Windows.
