Oh dear. How about saying that each post to python-dev about syntax must be accompanied by action towards closing out at least one bug or patch? :)

I'm filing all the syntax posts away for now and will be spending significant time this week towards the 2.3a2 release (at least Zope Corp allows me to work on that).
