As Andrew noted, it doesn't really matter who it was. That person is now aware of what's going on, I think. :-)

I've added a note to the "developer's intro," and there should probably be a note in the development FAQ as well.

Tony & other python-dev summarizers (and maybe Cameron Laird for the c.l.py summaries): please make a note of this in your next summary. The I-can't-contribute-because-I-don't-know-LaTeX notion has to die, die, die.
