Restricting the search space to 'Titles of computer science articles' would reduce the number of hits considerably. Many things have been considered harmful at sometime in almost every field of human endeavor. However, according to
Eric Meyer, "Considered Harmful" Essays Considered Harmful
even that restriction would lead to thousands of hits inspired directly or indirectly by Niklaus Wirth's title for Dijkstra's Letter to the Editor. Thanks for the link.
