Nick, please get unstuck on the "who said what when and who wasn't listening" thing. I want this to be resolved to use the clearest terminology possible. As you can clearly tell from my recent posts I'm not sure what's best myself. So stop beating people over the head with "Guido approved X".
I can't decide this myself -- you and Phillip have to find a way to agree on one version or the other, that's the only pronouncement you will get from me.
